As a leading battery producer from Germany, AES is pioneering battery development for cargo and e-bikes.  Tests show that the eBike battery 2.0 lasts at least 2500 full charging cycles – equivalent to approximately 8 years of daily usage. Sustainability is an important aspect in the development of the AES batteries, with each battery being made from carefully selected materials, so that they are cobalt-free and the plastic is recyclable. Additionally, cells can be replaced individually to increase longevity and make repair and maintenance as easy as possible.
